"Recently came back to state farm after a few years. Dealt with Ashley Calhoun a couple weeks ago and she was by far the easiest and most helpful insurance agent I've ever dealt with. Also managed to save me about 100 bucks a month switching from progressive so that's a big plus as well but I've also been willing to spend more just for better service because costumer service goes along way. Edited 2 months later. After a minor accident called in to report a claim and low and behold realized I been paying for renters insurance on a home I haven't lived at in 2.5 years where they even got the address from who knows. Upon learning all of this when i called the belton branch during bussiness hours i was informed that ashley was no longer employeed with them and they had been fixxing her mistakes since she had left. So obviously they knew there were errors on policies she had started but failed to check in with other new customers and verify policies being correct. They also never added my rental coverage to the policy for vehicle rental its 9 bucks a month who would turn that down to begin with. So here I am with my primary vehicle down they aren't willing to cover rental and I ha e a vacation coming up. Needless to say as soon as this claim is paid out and my vehicle repaired I'll be leaving state farm. Saving 100 bucks a month wasn't worth the switch. State farm may not be the issue but this office certainly has dropped the ball. 290 dollars a month now and was soon to be prob 600 a month adding 2 teen drivers but ill gladly take my bussiness else where."

Many people don’t choose for rental coverage and nothing is ever assumed whether it is $9 or not. It is advised to look at quotes and coverage to make sure everything is as it should be. "
