"I have been with my previous agent (another company) for more than 20 years and decided on the advice of my son to come to his agent. "I would not recommend this office. Communication is terrible. Customer service is horrible, other than Josh Troyer, who was actually helpful and communicated. Everyone else was horrendous. They sent no communication when our policy was to renew, lapsing our coverage and did not inform us our coverage had stopped, which caused both my wife and I’s license to be suspended, costing us $800 to reinstate. When we asked for help with this because of their lack of communication, they said no it’s not their fault. We then tried to renew our coverage with them, went through the process and signed the new policy, to find out a month later during underwriting they wanted to change our policy and charge us double per month because of our license being suspended for a month, for no insurance coverage, which was caused by State Farm!!! Then again, no communication but a single text message that looked like spam. Needless to say we will never work with this office, and I recommend you don’t either! License should be pulled from this office."

"David, all of your communications from corporate have been sent via mail every month. It’s time/date stamped. We have left you 5 text messages since June. We have also called and left at least 5 voicemails that have never been returned. Corporate mailed your notice of being moved to standard company on July 24th. We have documentation of all communications that I would gladly share with you. I’m sorry you’re dissatisfied, but it’s not from lack of communication on our part. "

"Let's be honest, nobody enjoys shopping for insurance. However it's something we all gotta have. After realizing my current insurance carrier went up 40 bucks a month on me I decided it was time to make the switch. I went In today and sat with Rachel. She was the most professional and patient person. She was extremely knowledgeable and offered me a quote that not only met my needs but also was cheaper than my current provider. She also offered me several more options to lower my quote even more with bundles and safe driving options. Kayla and Nanette were also wonderful! If I gave her a question she wasn't quite sure about the other sweet ladies in the office were there to help! Best experience in shopping for insurance. If you're doubting it at all, take my advice it's worth it! Also, some companies may offer a cheaper premium but when it comes to getting a claim filed, you get the service you pay for. Remember that! Good luck and thanks to Amanda and the state farm of belton!!!"
